ConnectYour Ltd ("ConnectYour", "we", "us") operates a managed device-connectivity platform. This policy explains what data we process when you use our website, dashboard and connectivity services, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email and organisation when you register.
- Device & connectivity metadata — device identifiers you enrol, gateway attach state, region, throughput and latency metrics used to operate the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and request logs for security and diagnostics.
We do not inspect the contents of traffic your devices carry over the platform.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure and operate the connectivity service.
- To monitor health, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
- To communicate service notices and respond to support requests.
3. Legal bases
We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
Account data is kept for the life of your account. Operational metrics and logs are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@connectyour.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
