These terms govern your access to and use of the ConnectYour platform and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

ConnectYour provides managed connectivity for hardware devices over regional gateways, together with provisioning, monitoring and an API. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials and API tokens secure.
• Only connect devices you are authorised to operate.
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

3. Availability

We aim for high availability and publish service health on our status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing agreed at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
